Why Is There A Charge From Lekwaa LLC On My Card?

It's a charge for an Upward Acceleration program or consulting engagement.

Who is Lekwaa LLC? Lekwaa LLC is the entity doing business as Upward Acceleration.  Founded by Rachel Steininger, Upward Acceleration offers training programs and consulting engagements to help business owners get out of the day-to-day grind and scale their businesses for financial opportunity, freedom, and flexibility.

Why are you charging me?  This may be a charge for a contracted consulting arrangement with Upward Acceleration or a speaking engagement or workshop directly with Rachel Steininger.  These programs are typically geared for business owners and their leadership teams.

Alternatively, it may also be a purchase for one of our courses or training programs, like the Upward Acceleration Academy or the Off Your Plate Action Plan.

Doesn't sound familiar?  If this still doesn't ring a bell, it's possible your business partner or another work associate purchased one of our programs.  We've found that 95% of the time, the confusion arises from someone else in your organization purchasing one of our products or services.

Can I get an invoice for the charges?  Each time we bill you, we send you an invoice to the email address you (or your colleague) provided when you signed up.  If you need a receipt, we can always send you one.  Please reach out to us at info (at) upwardacceleration.com.

Can I get a refund?  It depends on what program you purchased.  Each of our programs has a unique refund policy.  You can always email info (at) upwardacceleration.com to inquire about the refund policy on your particular program.

Any further questions? You can submit a support request and we will get back to you as soon as we can.  Contact support by emailing info (at) upwardacceleration.com.

I hope this helped identify the charge!
